I’m looking for non-invasive & semi invasive ways to improve my hyoid. Injections and such. I’ve seen people use lipolab will this work?

On your topic - it depends if your bad submenral area is caused by low hyoid position/short jaw/excessive fat/bloat. If it fat then yes, such injetions would work. Are you overweight? Have you ever had decent (or, at least, better) submenral area before (excluding time before puberty)?
