are there any limitations when it comes to orbital decompression?

im speaking of orbital decompression *light* where they dont touch the bone and just remove some fat behind the eyeballs (i think that is what dr.taban is doing)

it just dawned to me that this fat behind the eyes has a certain purpose and cant be removed in an unlimited way.

thoughts?

if you remove too much your eyeballs can sink into your skull too far and fall down and you could swallow them both in your sleep possibly leaving you blind

No modified lefort III can be done on anywone without risks (and also the modified oblique lefort III).

But if your nose is small, i'm sorry you gonna have to get a nose bridge implant and will still look good. But you may need then to get a browridge implant (actually a total forehead augmentation to keep your harmony).

Isn't a modified lefort II basically the same as a lefort I. also what would the effects be on the nose after a lefort surgery?
