Are there any movements/ workouts that destroy your potential for a good looking physique

I’m bulking rn so all I see is muscle mass but are there any movements that can ruin my physique and make not look as good as I could have when I cut for example wide obliques that ruins the look of a skinnier look waist and stuff like that?
 
dont do obliques

dont do upper traps

dont do lower chest (flat bench-incline bench is ok)

anything else should be fine i guess

obliques makes u stronger
lower chest doesnt exist chest is a fully muscle

Do obliques not make you look wider tho sometimes especially near the waist?
u need heavy waist for being strong

so i have scoliosis cause i have weak asf obliq and ab muscles due to low t

there are different segments of the chest, lower chest makes you look like you have boobs

if he wants an aesthetic physique he shouldnt hit obliques for a smaller waist and a more contoured V taper

traps can also make ur frame look narrower but i guess if he has a twink neck
