Are there any non copes to fix UEE and undereye fat recession?

I'm asking cause i'm 14 and 6'1 so its hard for me to put on fat, also i am only 135lbs rn

also, my supras are pretty good but often my uee is exposed cause i look down at people and then it gets kinda stuck like that for a while

infra implants are not worth it and my infras are 0.2-0.3 mm recessed I just have fat loss from lack of sleep from 11-13
