There are no risks as long as you stick to the recommended dosages.

Apart from that you shouldn't get too lean during puberty either, ideally stick to 12-15% bf.

I think you’d have to be very very lean for the pertuitery gland or what it’s called to not function properly. If you’re obese it’s better to lose weight in spite of puberty. Obese in puberty < average weight puberty

Im not really obese i have been but i am currently losing weight as i am growing ive gone from like 36bf or sumn to 22 so i am probably gonna wait and see if i can get lean naturally and maybe then do reta
