I have never seen such a thing, and I doubt it exists.

Depends on the discrepancy.

If large discrepancy, then you need OBO.

If smaller (<5m, most cases), then you need to install the orbital floor implant into the lower eye, and then the surgeon must perform eyelid retraction surgery on the same eye, as well as lateral and medial canthi repositioning.

THere is no one doing it, because the surgery bears the risk of blindness. And it is quite complicated, mostly hard to find a maxillofacial surgeon (they install the orbital floor implants) who can also do the eyelid work necessary in this case.

couldn't say it any better than this man did pagnoni does this and is known to fix jagged orbital walls and and is a god at reparing asymmetries
