Are there any surgeries to make maxilla and mandible bigger than they are?

Like yeah bsso would make it longer from the side. But i mean like for the maxilla and not just lf1 area but lf3 area

LF3+ tripod or LF3 + zygo implants (but later cause plates)

no one will accept you as a candidate for LF3 unless you are mega deformed or rich.

Look into MSE/MARPE palatal expansion.

Did it myself (3 months into it, just finished turning, approximately 5mm expansion), one of the best decisions I've ever made.

And made my nasal breathing godlike.

EVERYBODY should be doing palatal expansion before their surgery journey to guarantee good nasal function.

sarpe marpe and ease mse is just segmental lefort but worse in every aspect
