I really believe I am, modestly speaking, an outlier.

I have an absolutely FUCKERY cross-eyed IPD, but my PFL? Bruv! That shit is off-the-charts. It's wide as hell.

Usually the genetics don't have these fuckery combinations.

Post some people with something similar to myself. Just ask if you need to know what I am talking about.

People are recommending OBO surgery which involves splitting your mug open and operating to widen the midface and thus make the IPD look normal, since that would work with my eyes being wide (Good PFL)

Typically, the Pupillary Distance falls in a range between 54 and 65 mm. As children grow up, their PD keeps on changing but once they become adults, this value remains constant
