But you have to be high functioning. Actually a lot of mental disorders are just good parts of the brain overactivated. It is when it takes too much at the cost of other parts that it classifies as mental disorder. But it can be thought of as mn-maxing a build too.

possibly hypomania. side effects include more confidence, more motivation, higher sex drive, etc. it's very easy to slip from hypomania to proper mania though

Yeah a lot of mental imbalances can make someone more confident and less inhib. Reverse is also true though.
