Im 16, 5'10 (approx.), last time i got my spine x-rayed was 3 years ago and the doctor said the curvature was 1-2 degrees

with my horrible lifestyle and posture, i think it could have worsen to 10+ degrees of curvature

are there any ways to fix my scoliosis? or at least stop it from getting even worse?

Yeah, there's stuff you can do, ideally talk to a medical professional blablablah, I'm not a medical doctor and you shouldn't take medical (or really any kind) of advice from niggas on .org because half of them are retarded (me included).

Some cases of mild scoliosis can be corrected with physical therapy, note that this is SOME cases, in some cases PT can help prevent the issue from worsening, reversing the condition or it might work for you if your condition is already advanced.

When I speak about scoliosis treatment through PT I'm obviously talking about schroth exercises which strengthen weak areas and release tight areas pulling your spine in an undesired shape. I don't know enough about this stuff to give you specific advice, but there's tons of content on Reddit, YouTube or even TikTok, do some research, create yourself a routine and practice it every day, better if you make it into a routine.

Some people like to stretch or walk in the morning, maybe you gotta do your schroth exercises in the morning lol.
