are these eyebags because of hyperpigmentation, or are they because of lack of infraorbital support? (HELP)

If the skin there is literally darker and not due to shadows, then you have hyperpigmentation. It is as simple as that.

ah i see thanks ill delete them rn i was worried since i was feeling my bone structure and realized the bone under my eye was not on the same level as the sides, got alarmed over nothing, guess my anatomy is still pretty amateurish
