Yea, I legit pop around 10k-15k IU daily. I take around 2500mg per day for calcium. The only thing I think would be good to supplement with this is collagen thru gelatin (bc it's cheap and is the same shit u would get anyways from supplementing peptides).Yeah 2k IU is literally nothing, most people in the west need to supplement like 10k IU daily to be in optimal range since none of us ever go outside, especially in winter now.
Th calcium is good tho, I guess? Ideally you'd want 1200-2500mg per day, iirc.
