Are these implants saddled?

I’m looking to get bimax with saddled implants.

I’m fairly new to the surgery side of looksmax, so I have a couple questions.

1. Does Rameri design the implants?

2. What do I need to give him for the online consultation.

3. How do I know if saddled malar implants are for me? I have eyebags and a negative vector probally even worse than the guy in the video.

1) i believe that ramieri collaborates with a designer to design the implants

2) if ur asking for what scans, then u need cbct scans

3) consult w the surgeon. using the scans, u can see if u have any bone deficiency

Rameri claims he does saddled, but tbh those aren’t actual saddled implants. I think he just says it bc he’s losing too much business to Pagnoni

This patient isn't blackpilled and didn't ask Ramieri saddled that's why he got safer out of rims implants

Most of Ramieri's under advance cases come from bluepilled patients unwilling to do bigger movement and associated risks , not willing to pay custom plates

You ask tell Ramieri to do most aggressive movements he can technically do and he will execute

He will just refuse if unrealistic like 15mm+ BSSO or 9mm+ genio, or too risk of chimp lips at LF 1 and para nasal or too much downgrafting 7mm+ due to soft tissue complications around nose

You just need to explain your aesthetics expectations with a cohesive and detailed plan that most non Blackpilled patients don't care about

Also bigger implants and bigger movements looks shit most of the time. And doing big malar and saddle implants depends on skin type, if you have thick skin sure go ahead and do bigger implants. But for people with lack of infras and have thin skin around the eyes you might get giga cucked and implant show. And its like pag said in consult, sure go big now. But when you start to age you will have implant reveal as skin thins out even more with age.

Its not for sure, he would have done more aggressive design.And its his own teqnique maybe he got a little bit of tips from gisnt but giant has another kind of plates in turkey atleast, he can def help design these with ramieri tho if you ask for it

I mena it could work but generally with thinner skin and none negative orbital vector fat grafts can be a better and cheaper alternative. Or you could get both. But dont follow the giant meme of bog implants that look good on some ct scan pic but shit irl

Is fat graphing something rameri I can do or is it better to go somewhere else? I need to get bimax done anyways mainly for asymmetry. Even with implants I’m sure I could use more fat underneath my eyes anyways.

Are under eye fat grafts risky? Or fairly safe.

Its fairly safe but i dont know if i would recommend adding to the infection risk at the same time as bimax
