People can "lose height" due to serious posture problems they can develop over time, it's technically possible. From finasteride it doesn't make sense though.

I'm guessing it's people with dysmorphia and other mental problems. Lookism is a black hole that can wreck your mind if you're not NT and well-adjusted enough.
What's NT?

What's NT?
Neurotypical. Originally from the autism community, with neurodivergent being their PC cope word for autistic and neurotypical meaning normal people with no autism. Here it's used to describe someone well-adjusted and capable of being a normie, having a normal social life etc. and non-NT someone either with literal autism to some extent, or with too many psychological issues and personality problems (e.g. abused dog syndrome from being bullied in childhood) to be able to function well in normie society. Non-NT can also mean looking and acting like a weirdo who normies and women would be repelled by, and NT giving normal person vibes.
