If you have bad posture 2-3 cm height can be achieved but that isn't always the case.

Also OP’s metaphysis and epiphysis appear continuous without a dark separation line. My diagnosis would be your plates are fused.

getting bloodwork done next week, I'm tanner stage 5. If I have a deficiency I'm gonna try hgh and ai even if it doesn't do much atleast it'll help with my face
