What options have you suggested for my case? The most important thing is to get rid of my insanely long middle third. Or at least reduce it a little. I'm completely clueless about skull anatomy. Hard to say without frontal pics, you are def not a bimax case. Making middle third smaller is hard as you need impaction which can cause all kinds of troubles with the midface. Bad nasal breathing, more nasal folds etc. Except if you do much advancement but you wouldnt be able to take more then a few mm so you are not a good case. You could go to korea or giant maybe to get paranasals and rhino. Maybe a genio and supras/glabellas if you are that authstic

This photo was taken with a 50mm lens, which reflects my IRL ratios. My FWHR from the mouth slit to the top of the pupils is 1.79, which is crap for my face width, which is almost Barrett-level. A Barrett with the same lens has an fwhr of 1.9. It looks crap—a wide face and a long nose. I need to somehow shorten it, reaching 1.85-1.9 fwhr, to make it look harmonious. I know the nose length can't be shortened, so I'm relying on protruding and raising the maxilla to achieve an angle closer to 45° in the maxillary triangle, which will tighten the mouth slit and raise the fwhr. What are your ideas? To be honest, I thought about giving up on the fwhr augmentation idea and just had a sculpted implant in my bridge, browridge, and chin, but honestly, I still look like a horse and it doesn't fix the root cause of my recession.

Perhaps taking such risks for +0.1 fwhr is stupid, but I'm counting on it if surgeries like Bimax with CCW were suitable (relatively cheap and safe). If not, and other alternatives are expensive and dangerous (if I need anything from LF2 to fix it), then I need to understand the mechanism itself, what I need to do to achieve my goal. And, while I'm 17, try to correct it with natural methods like mewing, face pulling, etc. Again, if it affects the mechanism that will satisfy my ultimate goal, then I'm ready. Basically, while I'm flexible, face pulling should imitate LF 2 to some extent, pushing out the nasal slit, right?
You will probably not find a surgeon who does bimax on you, and if they do its a surgeon who is unethical and bad. So the risk of botch is high. Ramieri and pag will both decline you 110%. Maybe some turkey surgeon will grab the money. Also you shouldnt do any surgery untill the age of 20-21 when bones are fully grown or else you will lose out on natural bone growth and also risk higher chance of relapse during surgery.
