I want to fix my eye asymmetry so I would do a ptosis surgery but also I have inward facing gonions and a very slightly recessed chin in comparison to other features so would a custom osteotomy like chin wing for example be worth it? And also is Turkey really safe or should I save more money to go to somewhere better like Germany?
