Are these tests too easy or im being overconfident?

They're in spanish so you will probably have to translate some questions, If i pass those with a 100% score i basically get into Med School, tbh i havent studied that much for them but i learn really fast and the last couple of days ive been studying a little bit and i am confident that i can complete both of these exams with a score close to 100%, they seem really basic??? like freshman tier type of questions or even less and we have like 4 years to prepare to do them, if you fail you can try again in 6 months, is it really that easy? how do people fail this shit?

I have to do them in like a month so i bought adderall off some dude in my classroom (he has adhd) to study a lot since as i said, for the last years i havent studied for this but i still get good grades because of how easy this shit is, am i being overconfident or are we really this fucked if we let niggas get into med school just by passing this shit? dissapointing tbh...
