I know forward head posture can cause downward growth causing cranial angle to get worse. But are facial muscles strong enough to move bones into better position on a long period of time like 5-10 years? In theory IT should but idk actually.
Actually surgery can't do much since IT can't touch distance between inner corner and nasal base.

But I am quite sure that everyone can benefit for correcting posture and facial muscle tone.
