Chest is overrrated, back, delts and arms instead. Back gives you v-taper in clothes, overtrained chest looks bad imo. Old school bodybuilders barely trained it.Traps are overrated, and grow very well from wide grip/upper back focused rows.
People who think they have small traps are most often just small in general, and mistakenly think just growing traps will make them look jacked. If you grow your upper back and delts, traps will grow alongside.
