I watch videos of mothers with dementia and self-insert as the son/daughter to make myself cry. Then I switch quick to thinking about family members potentially dying to boost some more tears out. This is genuinely a routine I have.

I can’t cry normally , but if I don’t I feel like it “builds up” like how plaque builds on your teeth so I kinda cleanse myself lmfaooo

I get what u mean tbh. it’s kinda differnet for me as I have no empathy I can sometimes upset myself by making myself think of how I’d be left if family members died but I’d only miss what I gained from them not them as a person if u get me.
