Oral is normally safe, you just have to be cautious when going down and discretely see the area for weird things like rashes, white pimples, basically weird looking stuff. Getting HIV from oral requires that the person is infected with it and you have some kind of injury inside your mouth where the virus can get inside and reach your blood. The chances for HIV from oral are extremely low. If you are too afraid of oral you can wear a dental dam, or just make sure your partner is safe via exams or whatever.

Well if you are on the AIDS stage then yeah you'll most likely die to it, but if you get HIV and hop on meds quickly you can live a normal life like everyone else and reach undetectable status and therefore you cant even transmit it. I bet in the next 10 years there will be a cure for HIV
