Are veneers the only option

Ever since I was a kid I've always had discolored teeth despite having good dental hygiene.

They look somewhat like this, but more tan(less yellow) I'm not sure if it's fluorosis or tetracycline but I've tried Crest white strips, whitening toothpaste and nothing works. Dentist said only option is veneers

I've got bonding on my two front teeth to make it a little less noticeable but looking for a permanent solution for all of them.

I just got my braces off and I'm wondering if veneers are my only solution to improve this.?

I read that ICON Resin infiltration might work but seems like cope. Is it worth trying h202 method?
