Are white people the least evolved homo sapiens(original humans)?

So recently I just found out that our species the homo sapiens first start to appear around the ice age then. Pale skin and blonde hair are advantageous in the ice age environment. So my theory is that the first proper homo sapiens look like white people,with their pale skin and blonde hair. With migration,they move to various places around the world and further adapted to various environments. Examples includes africans having dark skin and coily hair bcs of the hot weather, Southern asians having the skinny fat physique bcs of famines,Pacific storing a lot of fat bcs they spend a lot of times in the seas etc ykwim. But deep within us instinctually, we all wanna return to our roots. Maybe that's why people all around the world put white people on a pedestal,maybe that's why oxford study asian girl white guy happens. What u guys think
