It’s possible, a lot of women get viscerally disgusted at the idea of their man being bi or having done anything with another man. And most women, even if they say they’re liberal, won’t have anything to do with queer culture or have any queer friends, even if they have gay male friends those guys are more like “sassy fashion accessories” rather than actual friends. And definitely they reach for the “he’s gay” excuse when a good looking guy isn’t feeling them.
