Let's say you had an adolescence full of excesses and bad habits. In your 20s you start to see premature wrinkles, but then you start a healthy lifestyle ... is it possible to reverse wrinkles when they already appear?

yes and no
its easier to prevent them than to try to reverse them
because there is a big limit to how much you can reverse

Pretty much this ngl

also retin A reverse and protect your skin from wrinkles and let’s not mention the other benifits too

OP I suggest you get into a good skincareroutine and completely cut down suger and drink more water and eat healthy balanced diet (Real foods no McDonald’s and fast food)

the real skincare to do is this
stress free life
good sleep
good health
good diet
exercise
after that comes skincare

Tbh everyone should have a skincare routine by the age of 16 ngl

also sleeping 8-9 hours a day and a good diet is requirement but only get you far but not far enough to reach your goal (Chico or Barrett tier skin)

Retin A and sunscreen are must tbh

sunscreen provide protection because 85-90% of skin wrinkles and damage is caused by wrinkles
