I always suspected we lived in some sort of simulated reality and were being toyed with by the programmers of it. Slowly turning up the insanity to see how long the non NPCs in this reality would be able to tolerate the ride we're on. TBH this latest twist has me really entertained more than annoyed, they kinda blew their hand though, it's very obvious that we ARE in fact in a simulation. I say this non ironically, not trolling. Obviously we are surrounded by NPC's and agent Smiths programmed with certain agendas that go against all logic

simulated reality isn’t as far fetched as god, we are already able to simulate virtual worlds or create digital graphics that can’t be easily distinguished from real life in some cases. the idea that our current reality could be a more advanced form of simulations we can already run isn’t that crazy.

Except I believe in God, a simulation doesn't mean literal like technology simulation, just that this reality is able to be controlled or manipulated someway by another entity

That entity is God, but God also could let other's manipulate it as well
