I don't understand users on this forum who stay up all night whilst still developing even the same thing for users who are already past development.
Little amount of sleep=missing out on growth hormone followed up with higher cortisol from the stress of little sleep.
Take japanese people for example, they have 0 dimorphism, high stress, and live off noodles with pastry estrogenic garbage.
As a result they are short with micropenis including high rates of suicide, theoretically their small penises could be a result from adaptation to extremely cold environments but that is just a theory of mine and could be saved for another discussion.

i dont sleep 8 hours cause im too busy jerking off

5-7 hours? That is a ineqeduate amount of sleep, the solution is to jerk off during the day.

Our bodies are naturally wired to sleep at night due to circadian rythms, daytime sleeping is a bad thing to do.

I tried basically everything and I still consciously wake up at least 10x per night for over a decade at this point.
I used to have mild sleep apnea as well.

Diet is fine, only water. Colonoscopy done, sleep labour done.

I got diagnosed with a circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorder and mild sleep apnea, while in labour. Though, I only managed to sleep about 2 hours in these 2 days.

I wish I could have more sleep but I stay until late just doing more stuff. It's like I have energy to spend even if I do sports

biggest cope ever, develpement is completly done for most males by 14, only a bit of dimo comes after that, bones are done growing + if you would strictly get all your sleep somehow, first of all some people would have no time and second of all you would get like 1cm max, you cannot change your genetics, humans are perfect at adapting you could sleep 5hours a night through your whole developing phase and still end up being 2m+.

Not saying if you sleep 8 hours a day that you're going to wake up as chad in a week, I'm just saying that sleep deprivation is making you look like shit and is detrimental for your hormones.
