focus on what you can change short term, skin quality, getting stronger, leaner, whiter teeth, clearer eyes, better suited hair with more volume + better shine, rather than long term goals such as surgery.

Yes but like, how should I sleep at 10mp every night, and wake up at 8am and directly go to gym ?

I'm a piece of shit, a fucking trash shit, I can't fucking wake up and be productive
 
The only videos that made me productive with gym were Tate's motivation videos :ogre:
 
skincare: moisturizer cleanser vit c serum lip balsam sunscreen dermarolling once a week drinking carrot juice 0.5l daily and eating a lot of red/orange stuff
body: shave belly hair and hit gym 5x a week
general grooming: barber every 2 weeks, trimming 1-2x a week to 3mm

not much eise u can do for softmaxes. castor oil doesnt work for my eyebrows, my teeth are already white

I have a few weights, a bench, dumbbells and a bar in my living room. Home weightlifting mogs if you want full focus and the conveniency.

go to gym whenever you are awake
Trying to fix your sleep cycle has been next to impossible for me

why do you want to slave away in the gym in the morning?

I work out throughout the evening at home and do other things between sets.
 
I lost 50lbs to leanmax but that was mostly from the redpill tbh.

There are still some surgeries that can easily be done without much planning and recovering : genio is one of them, lower eyelid retraction which doesn't even need general anesthesia too.
