Are you supposed to use retin-a every day?

I been using it for like 2 weeks and got super good results, probably like 70% of the acne is gone

But can I use it every day or do I have to wait a bit between uses. Because Im too impatiant to do the 2x a week application Ive been doing.

Just use it as spot treatment. Don't lather it on your skin and don't use it every day unless you've got lots of inflamed spots.

Im gonna use it every day for like a week to delete the acne, then wayne off of it and start dermarolling until I have perfect skin. Then Ill probably end up at about 2-3x a week to prevent breakouts

Test out the upper limit of ur usage and the percentage tbh

That’s what’s most important

If u try that out u might get irritated and that whole webmd list of side effects (dry skin,...)

It’ll take a while to find the sweet spot and to get the results

Come back 4 months bro u will see just how good that cream is

I like it. It's just not something you should lather all over your skin everyday like a moisturiser. It's an amazing topical form of tretinoin.

The reason Im putting it all over my skin is because I have ACNE all over my skin

Try minocycline and some diet changes. I'm doing 5 days on 5 days off of minocycline 100mg per day at the moment. It's more of an internal problem if you have acne everywhere. Retin-A or any topicals are not good for clearing acne if you have a lot of it.

I don't know what use it has for "anti-aging". It'll accelerate skin cell turnover but afaik it doesn't have anti-aging properties.... Could tighten the skin idk... Focus on strengthening collagen and elastin for anti-aging.

Man I've been told this exact thing before. I was on minocycline for 2 months and drank 6 bottles of water a day and would wake up to more pimples and no noticeable changes. Now I've been on retin-a for only 2 weeks and about 75% of my acne is gone. And when I say gone, I mean gone.
