What are your thoughts?

It depends on the individual, everything else must be on point before you start to work on your zygos, for many people low BF is enough.
Otherwise implants / filler depending on the amount of projection that is needed

Agree, the question though, is that on someone who needs them, can these implants coz a significant change in their looks?

I think it does, you will look younger & fresher but an implant is generally adviced to people who have Midface / cheekbone hypoplasia which also causes a negative orbital vector or under eye hollows.
It depends on the person I’d say, they can make a big difference

Damn, I have slight under eye hollows too, my cheekbones are high and I have good bizygomatic width, I think I will need to get them. It may fix both my under eye area while improving my cheekbones.

Yes an infraorbital malar implant would do the job then, if you don’t have big recession you can also use filler. Some people can have recessed infraorbitals but very good cheekbones and negative vector for an example is not that important on a guy, as we have less malar fat.

Thanks bro, I will think more about it. I do not like fillers since they are temporary and have heard not so good things about fillers in under eye region. If I can kill 2 birds with one stone (zygos and under eye) that would be best.

What makes a Chad face? Bimax + genio + gonial implants if you need it and infra orbitals with a straddle? Are zygo implants even necessary with infraorbitals with a straddle tbh?

Fillers can last a year, they are amazing if done right tbh. Implants or filler in the undereye area is hard to get right as too much prominence in the undereye region / infraorbital rim can make you look feminine or create an unnatural bulge.
I would need to see your starting point to tell you tbh

No problem, no need to if you don’t want to.
Deciding between procedures can be quite mindfucking tho.

I emailed the only surgeon in my country who had zygo area implants on his website and he told me it is an outdated method of procedure so they use fat grafting now instead

Wow really? Although I have heard that fat grafting in under eye area is not recommended. And I am inclined to get infraorbital malar implants.

@Gaia262 Thoughts?

Infraorbital malar implants are an amazing looksmax, its really the only way to give midface advancement. Its excellent when added to a bimax procedure. So you have both the lower and midface harmony.

I wouldn't bother with fat grafting, in most men the deficiency is usually bone related not soft tissue. So providing boney/hard support is the way forward. If the lower third is somewhat receded you can conclude the midface will also be affected. Everything works synergistically.

Remember plastic surgery is a business, alot of surgeons choose the route with the highest profit and lowest risk for easy money.

Really should be a staple alongside a bimax and is fairly low risk and cost.
why is everyone talking about bimax like its some walk in the park? cant believe people are not scared of it. the procedure itself looks scary as fuck, and the recovery is hell for about 2 months. i have a slight overbite therefore a bit recessed chin, but i'd really prefer getting genio over bimax

I guess he's just mentioning that if you get bimax then getting this as well makes sense. Also he had a bimax so he has the experience. But I agree, with you, bimax isn't an ordinary surgery.

pretty insane. why is genio not enough? maybe i am just trying to cheat my subhuman incel genetics into having a decent lower third.

pretty insane
what do u mean? jfl and how tf genio would fix my 3rd class malloclusion? I'll get genio + rhino + fillers at gonions and zygos after bimax bc I have a bimax covered by an insurance

what's your methods for ascending into lower third? for me only genio with really conservative movement like 3-4 mm + some fillers (not much than 6ml) will help. Imo implants dont fit on me
