I was eating chicken breast and 6 eggs after my workout to get rest of macros in and my grandparents came to my house and started arguing with me over why i need to eat “green vegetables” and why too much protein is bad (keep in mind i eat 175-200g) so i tried explains why i don’t need them due to getting vitamins from other sources and that they are high in antinutrients and fiber which is not needed and they just straight up told me that those things are needed for a balanced diet My grandpa is about 5’9 and well over 300 lbs
