No, it's all about DHT sensivity. You can have crazy high T levels and zero balding and you can have T levels of a woman and balding. Bald 60 kg auschwitz surviovrs with bone structure of average girl saying that they are bald because of high T is a cope. They have DHT sensivity which make them going bald not high T.
