I'm 15 and 5 months old. 179cm and my predicted height is 183cm.
Aromasin 6.25mg every other day. Cycle for 6 weeks and 2 weeks off. Then repeat.
Will this slow down growth plate closure enough?
How much taller can I get?
And are there any other benefits for puberty? Like sexual development.

Taking Aromasin to grow taller is like taping sandwiches onto yourself because you're hungry

Yh I plan on doing hgh in the summer.
But does nofap actually work? I struggle with it and goon like 10x a week
