Yes huge spike in free test and dht metabolites can cause this, high liver enzymes is a side to watch out for on Aromasin too

It'd be good to get your DHT tested (probably also testosterone, estradiol and SHBG, but DHT is most important for your use and concern). And also get an x-ray of your growth plates, so you don't mess with your hormones for nothing.
