Aromasin + HGH combo with Heart complications

I’m genetically predisposed to high cholesterol which (when untreated) can cause a variety of heart diseases. right now im prescribed rosuvastatin by my cardiologist to treat it but i wanted to start taking an AI alongside HGH, but im concerned about unforeseen side effects later on in life (or now). is there any “safe” way to approach this or am i better off not fucking with my hormones?
