Any kind if it has some fat , i think with whole milk should work but im not too sure since ud need bloodwork to know for sure , u cant go wrong if u eat it with fatty foods.

It will not decrease your lifespan directly, nor will it decrease it indirectly much either. Growth hormone could increase the growth of cancers but being a young person with a healthy immune system would make this a very unlikely scenario, along with the fact you wouldn't be taking it for very long (atleast in lifespan contexts).

Growth hormone is not connected to your HPTA or any other negative feedback loop. There is no research saying taking growth hormone will lower any future production.

Of course it's a personal decision, and if you only feel comfortable taking Aromasin you will still see some positive results (infact probably more than just growth hormone alone like a lot of people on this forum do) but it would be in your benefit to combine the two imo.
