@angiogenic01 on TikTok talked about the Aromatase inhibitors and said one should not take it because it interferes with your development especially as a teen. No matter what type of ai you are taking. Would like if someone could debunk

if youre an idiot and nuke your estrogen then sure. most people dont do labs and are just guessing that since they feel a lil off today it must be estrogen.. false

I don't recommend AIs because majority of people are too stupid for them but they are still helpful during puberty if u get labs and aren't retarded

If you use them correctly you should be fine. But it depends on the reason you use it as well

niggers take aramotase inhibitors to keep their growth plates from closing, but in return they get a bunch of health problems. This is truly dangerous crap and in exchange for growth you will become stupid and ugly

im 16 tanner stage 4. Want to delay my growth plate closure but also dont want to reck my brain development. Which ai would you recommend

you joined like last week bro. what do you know about ai?

You've apparently eaten enough ai to think that registration date correlates with knowledge nigger
I Mean enlighten me then

The answer is not as simple as a "yes" or "no".

aromatase is an enzyme which converts androgen (test, androstenedione) into estrogens (estradiol).
An AI blocks/reduces enzyme activity, fucking estrogen levels.

benefits-
in boys w ISS/adv BA, AIs+GH help slow bone aging and increase AH.
some meta-analyses show ais+gh yields greater growth velocity, increased AHP, slower BA advancement.

now the problem - these benefits are modest, and many studies don't even show large gain in AH (adult height).
also, gain in AHP ≠ actual increase in final AH.

Risk -
obvious one is skeletal effects cuz estrogen is crucial for bone mineralization so reducing estrogen through AI can fuck up bones.
in males, ais can shift balance of hormones (test v est) which can lead to altered feedback in hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis.
and from what I've read, ais can increase cardiometabolic complications (changes in lipid profile, insulin sensitivity) in teen males.

the thing is, it is MISLEADING to say all AIs are never safe or always harmful in teens.

the tiktok nigga's claim is exaggerating in one direction, saying "never use them" but it does have a kernel of caution that's valid (like uncertainty, risk to development)

when it might be worth considering (under specialist oversight) -
Males with ISS+Adv BA.

when it's likely risky -
using AIs purely to get "more height" in otherwise normal teens (might fuck up bone density, hormones etc)

In order for AI to slow the closure of growth plates, estrogen levels need to be lowered below normal. It's important to consider that estrogen is a hormone that has biological activity throughout the body, From brain to nails, it's trivial. Estrogen deficiency causes brain fog, brittle bones, skin problems, fatigue, etc.

I mean isnt there a grey area. Like not just black and white. Cant you midegate the side effects of like brain development while still keeping the growth plates delayed. That will include which type of Ai and the dose. Have you taken any ai yourself?

I took AI and I know people who did, but brain development won't raise your estrogen levels to normal and won't protect you from the consequences of mindless AI use. If the AI dose is too low, it simply won't be able to prevent the growth zones from closing; slowing down the closure of growth zones is also a kind of side effect.

how old were you when you took it? And what type of ai

If growth plates still open, you might squeeze out 3-5 cm with a medically supervised AI protocol—but the risk/reward is dogshit:

  • Spinal deformities = permanent framelet status
  • Lipid crash = cardiovascular damage (mogs you in your 30s when you're balding with heart disease)
  • Bone density loss = increased fracture risk (imagine being short and fragile)
  • The vertebral morphology study is legit: 45% of prepubertal boys got spine deformities from letrozole. That's almost half catching skeletal damage for uncertain gains.
  • Most studies show ~5-7 cm in predicted height (not actual measured adult height), and only one trial ever followed subjects to actual adulthood.
Get a wrist X-ray to check if your plates are even open. If they're closed, don't waste money on pharma cope. If they're open, see a pediatric endo who'll run proper bloodwork and maybe prescribe anastrozole under supervision—not some Indian UGL aromasin you bought with Bitcoin.
