So I just watched a Jordan wood video on how AIs affect facial development, I want to take an AI for height growth but i don't want to alter my facial development either. He claims that AIs make suture cells less responsive to mechanical strain and delay the process of bone remodeling.

Will this have a big impact on facial development and bone density?
