aromatase inhibitors

i was thinking of purchasing an an aromatase inhibitor such as anastrozole. i just turned 16 and i heard that delaying growth plate closure is possible with such inhibitors as they lower estrogen levels. so now, is this really effective and will i see any decent results or is this shit just cope? what dosage is optimal for my goals? i know there are many side effects but are they really that bad? thanks for whoever reads this and answers.
