Taking them specifically for heightmaxxing but I will be running a second cycle strictly for muscle.
Which would be better to keep plates open and manage sides:
Exemestane or anastrozole

I’m trying to reach whatever I can because for some reason I just don’t grow.
Grandfather 6,6 Dad 6,5 younger brother 5,2 at 13 and I’m 16 at 5,9-10

go with exemestane (aromasin), it’s a suicide inhibitor, meaning once it binds to the aromatase enzyme, it permanently deactivates it instead of just temporarily blocking like anastrozole does. that makes your estrogen control smoother and way less prone to rebound once you stop. for heightmaxxing specifically, that’s what you want: consistent low-normal estrogen, not wild swings. anastrozole (arimidex) can crash E2 too hard and then spike back up after discontinuation, which is worse for joints and bone maturation. just don’t overdo it, both low and high estrogen mess with growth plates. keep it balanced. if you’re using it purely for height purposes, 6.25mg aromasin 2-3x/week is plenty. get bloodwork mid-run to make sure you’re not nuking E2 into the ground.
