I’ve seen people say that they’re bad and you shouldn’t take them because it will make your Johnson stop working but is it really true? Im 14 157 cm my moms 160 my dad 181 and my dad is a late bloomer and in going to start taking melatonin to start sleeping early because since April I only sleep 3-5 hours so I can sleep 8+ on school days. And I want to grow more and I’m thinking into buying aromatics inhibitor but will it really help?
