You can legally get a job it just needs to be low hours, I think under 16 you're only allowed to work 2 hours a day, although you can work more during the holidays.

You could go to a local small shop and you'll have a higher chance of getting a job with more hours "under the table", you could work for family/friends or try offering services to neighbours like cleaning cars, gardening, walking dogs, etc.
