Life is all about mental state. It doesnt matter how rich or successful you are. What matters is being a sane and fulfilled person.

a teenager that gets to fuck on their first try is a lot happier than an old rich guy who got rejected by every woman he met.

take me for example. im at a much better state in life than i was in 2023. I got my career going, i got my own place etc.

but my mental state is way worse. Simply because i racked up rejections between 2023-2024 that i will never recover from.

just avoid rejections. avoid cortisol, avoid pain. unless a girl makes it very clear she likes you then dont bother. high risk/high reward sitatuons arent worth it.

It's not avoid cortisol and pain mainly. It's about what you make of reality. You could be a virgin monk in the Himalayas but much more fulfilled than your average western slayer. It's all in your mind and what you make of reality.

i agree with you and at this point there is nothing that can be done in my situation. i made one mistake after the other and sadly, wil probably make another mistake again at some point. some guys are literally doomed no matter what.
