How Do I detox because I m bloated as hell and My liver hurts 😔

How do I force my abused brain that forces me into buying shit when I m not hungry to stop?

Yeah I understand man it sucks like a mother fuckka but if you try to slowly take things out that will help alot and eat better will make you feel better what I found is that I don't really like chocolate or sweets it's just that I'm addicted and it's easy but when I eat real food I feel miles better
