In this image, before he becomes Absolute True Cell, his mandible is retrognathically positioned. His maxilla and chin are also retruded. You can see that this is causing a “melted” facial appearance. This isn’t natural—he shouldn’t look like this. It’s a clear sign that the jaws didn’t grow correctly.


You can also tell he has a significant negative orbital vector because his maxilla is retruded. He struggles to compensate because, in individuals with well-developed facial structure, the maxilla corresponds properly to the skull rather than being recessed. This guy is European, and he’s supposed to have a more prominent midface.


My solution in the morph was simple: heavy counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation and a genioplasty. He also needs a deep-plane neck lift. If you’ve noticed, the mandible projects forward anteriorly—the entire sagittal plane of the mandible has been lifted upward.


This is a realistic transformation with a lot of movement. The side profile may look debatable, so let’s look at the front profiles. Thankfully, with Grok, I can do this.
