slight ascension somewhat fixing eye region, haircut, body fat % (no cope methods). nothing crazy just wanted to share, still not done ofcourse, will be getting surgery + still need to cut off about 3-5% of bodyfat and maximise physique. also in the process of growing my hair out, had to cut the old off since i had a perm.

yeah i know its been like that forever, ive never actually been 'fat', just higher bf %, im going to see how it is when im at the ideal 10-12% with more muscle to stretch the skin, then ill consider my options. my other features need work more atm i believe so thats just what i wanna focus on rn

abs/veins arent even showing yet, are you even trying? still good progress, you could use some accutane+hydrocortisone to shrink your nose its looking pretty bulbous but it looks like it has good proportions but your just very bloated, also get on roids to grow out your frame its looking like it could use some work, dye your hair/eyebrows/lashes.

im getting rhinoplasty, the physique pic is from 1 month ago just to show bodyfat %, i already dyed my brows and lashes but u cant see that good on the thread pic the other pics i sent show it better. im not gonna hop on roids but as i said, im nowhere near finished, i just saw some nice progress and wanted to share, dont worry, im still grinding
