Im realllly ugly, never been close to a girl and have bad social anxiety mostly because im ugly but my surgery isnt til im 19.
Is an ascension at 21 years old still good or is it abit late to start talking to girls?

i can try as much as possible til surgery but i will never get past ltn.
I have an underbite with a narrow palate, bad teeth, inward gonions, downward growth.
Ofc surgery and braces wont fix all of this but it will improve facial harmony a bunch
