Height: 5'10 (Maybe 5'11 I haven't measured)
Weight: 223 (Starting weight was 250)

Today I saw some good progress in that I had lost weight past the lowest weight so thats good. I feel more confident and in general I've been happier recently. I stopped doing debloating stuff like eating potassium and avoiding sodium because I AM OBESE.

If you debloat while obese you're GENUINELY retarded.

Advice:
- Drink hella diet coke
- Have ramen for some meals, if you're a fatcel like me your dumbass should NOT be caring about goyslop until your lean. Eating healthy while obese = eating goyslop while lean.
- Drink hella caffeine
- Sleep a lot if you don't have any to get past hunger
- Constantly think about ascension for self control with food

Lean is law and we'll all get lean my friends!

Update: Got caught abusing lixdexamphetamine so now the meds are hidden so I gotta find a plug for my stimulants while abusing caffeine in the meanwhile.

Youre cucking yourself by eating literal inedible slop like instant ramen. Theres no reason to screw your hormones even further when you have a simple alternative, and youll feel more satiated with real food.

Now I'm not saying you're forbidden from debloating while fat but the thing is that you have much BIGGER (see what I did there? :feelsgood:) problems to worry about like actually being fat. When you're lean you can worry about debloating because you actually have no other solutions to look less big (unless you wanna african childmaxx).

Tldr;
If you're fat just lose weight instead of worrying about bloat bro

I said for SOME meals. I'm not saying to only eat ramen, I myself mainly eat just lean meats but when you're close to your calorie goal and still a bit hungry just go for the diet coke or ramen. W strat

You can eat ramen and that if you want (always moderated) but as long as you are having high quality fooods also. Also very important, drink all the zero coke u want, but NEVER EVER eat sugary foods like chocolates, brownies, cookies... These foods stop growth (besides the fact they are keeping you fat). Dont use treats with this foods, if you want a treat eat a big ass steak with some eggs.
Remove any doubts in your head, its us or them

Yo bro I really appreciate your help.

My main problem with calories was sugary foods which I'm getting better with but I did NOT know they stopped growth lmao so even more motivation

With posture, I have good posture standing but still gotta work on my sitting posture so thats some progress.

When I get more lean and not completely subhuman I'll start posting progress photos

All youre recommending is meat and eggs when carbs are absolutely necessary for cuts more-so than protein and absolutely more than fat. They dont stop growth as no food can do that, and they dont keep you fat if you know when to consume. Eating carb dense food WILL give you energy to keep you awake while the reduced calories try make you lethargic.

implement other softmaxxes and just get on a apetite supressor or a drug tbh.
if u have money to but third party stimulants why not spend it on reta or something.

I literally talked about appetite surpressents in the post lol

I never bought third party stimulants btw I was prescribed vyvanse

I'm considering reta but hiding it would be a hassle + My parents are thinking of sending me back to the psych ward for the vyvanse

personally me im going on a dnp cycle at the end of this month if all goes well.
 
i feel you man, but eating healthy is not hard. you dont have to eat beige trash just to eat a 'healthy' diet. eat whole foods and if you want flavour dont just boil chicken and rice and call it a day. seasonings and cooking methods exist. eating even something like a schnitzel which is lightly fried with some potatos tastes and is 1000x healthier for you than a ramen packet or mcdonalds cheesburger. focus on fresh whole foods and get creative, theres a trillion healthy recipes out there for you to make, dont be lazy, thats the reason you got fat in the first place.

Ahi tuna steak is a MUCH better alternative to the ramen with lower calories and better macros but it's dry asf so I gotta just push through the pain :feelsgood:

your ahi tuna is dry because its the cheapest shit u could find, dont complain that something tastes bad when its not good quality. high quality, simple healthy ingredients taste good and work good, doesnt have to be high calorie dense to be saciating and tasty. ive never had ahi tuna that was dry, quite the opposite, but then again ive never eaten a low quality one, so take that as you will

I just stated that there are people and doctors who deny carbs intake as high as we usually eat. I personally eat 50% carbs during the day 25%protein and 25% fats.
And when i say that cookies, chocolates, oreos, doritos... stunt growth, I dont mean they STUNT like that the growth, i mean that these foods are designed in a way to keep you addicted. Then, you start normalising eating these foods, with no real nutrients. Your body will take energy from this low ultra processed quality sources and your hormones will colapse.
Not an instant “collapse,” but gradual alterations in key signals, such as insulin, leptin, ghrelin, hormones related to inflammation and stress. These imbalances can affect well-being, energy, performance, and (especially in young people) processes that depend on stable hormonal regulation.
This will lead to obesity, acne, lazyness, etc. Call me crazy, but for me this is GWROTH STUNT
