Ascension or nah

Hello everyone, I am almost 20 years old, and only 5’9” and 25% BF (on ozempic to get down to 10-12%). My biggest failos are my eye area, smile lines, and facial fat. I will leave a few angles of my face + my current routine, If anyone has recommendations on how I can ascend/fix my routine or if you notice anything else, it would be greatly appreciated. Hardmaxxing is not an option right now, and would like to be between HMTN and HTN.

well you defo arent HMTN or HTN nowhere near. your like MLTN, and your max is probably like MMTN with surgery eg. rhino cus ur nose is kinda fucked. also change that hairstyle g

Your eye area isn't even bad.

Body fat % is greatly underestimated by these forums and I honestly believe that it's the biggest falio in terms of how it downgrades your face. Before making any conclusions lose the fat.

I know several people who were 20-25% bf and when you looked at them in no world did you think they had the potential to be HMTN- HTN but a lot of them ended up improving massively.


Being overweight is essentially like grabbing a large bucket of shit and covering your face with it.

When you are overweight to this extent the only thing people can do is estimate and it's usually incorrect. Eye area and nose is mostly the only accurate thing someone can rate you on.
